The English Volunteer Center is established upon the will of the founder, sponsors and management of Quang Trung University. English Volunteer Center (EVC) is founded as a non-profit English center performing the Corporate Social Responsibility activity (CSR activity) by Quang Trung University (QTU) which enjoys the legal status. English Volunteer Center possesses its own seal, bank account and office department.
